Mike has eight years of experience in web design and development and brings fluency in semantic XHTML, CSS, W3C web standards and 508 compliance to the 720 Strategies team. Prior to 720, Mike was a contractor, freelance designer and web developer for numerous civilian agencies in the federal government.
