Martin Levy’s Summary
I'm a seasoned Internet technologist with extensive involvement in both national and international IP networking. Over the last sixteen plus years, I've built regional ISP offerings in California; worked with European telecom companies on peering and interconnection issues; done extensive business plan and technology planning for IP networks in Latin America & Central America; and served as VP of Internet Technology at XO Communications (formally Concentric Network). I sit on various technology companies’ advisory boards in Silicon Valley. I’m now focused on global IPv6 backbone services.
I have spoken at various conferences over the years on topics ranging from server load balancing, Internet peering, datacenter network design and eco-efficiency.
Originally from the UK, I've been in the US for just over 27 years and live close to the Bay Area.
