I am a behavioral and Information Technology trainer consultant with 5+years' experience in Training, HR and Administration.
Currently working as Senior Officer – Operations, and over the last 14 months trained more than 650 employees from junior, middle and top level management.
Previous experiences in Human Resources & Administration industry chip in to become a trainer and build the passion towards Training & Organization Development. I was quite successful in implementing some of the best practices in Administration, HR and Training. I have finer experience in training need analysis, designing and development of course content, and delivering trainings. Learning modules are designed & developed from time to time, based on the ever changing business needs. I always trust in pre & post training assessment and hence provides developmental plan to the participants.
I trained largely on attitudinal and behavioral areas across domains on various skills like; Positive Thinking (Attitude), Corporate Etiquette, Effective Communication Skills, Train-the-Trainer, Personality Development, Work Ethics, Leadership, Team Work, Team Building, Interpersonal, Computer Application etc.
