School of the Ozarks is a work school which allows students to work on campus to earn tuition, room and board. Ms. Groves started in the canning factory processing green beans and tomatos. She progressed to managing the campus guest lodge and executive dining room in additon to the campus radio station where she oversaw staffing, cleaning, meal planning and preparation, and guest comfort and entertainment.
