I started out as a Software engineer in Arx ICT (www.arxict.com) outsourced to Cybersource (www.cybersource.com) . I worked for 1 year as a Payment Software engineer in Cybersource. I then took a step towards the business side and away of the technical side when i switched to being a Processor/Business analyst.
After working as a Business Analyst for 1 year i have decided that it is time to educate my self and that's when i chose to pursuit my MBA degree at Edinburgh Business School.
When opportunity presented its self I joined Network Processing Company "NPC" (www.npcegypt.com) as an Account Manager.

The company was created in 2004 as a result of a merger between CashNet (est 2000) and NTG (est 2002), both subsidiaries of National Telecommunication Company (NTC).
Incorporated in 2001, NPC is the first third-party processor company in Egypt. NPC provides Issuing services for Credit, Debit and Prepaid cards, POS and Merchant Acquiring, in addition to Full ATM driving (including cash forecasting, and filling).
The Company has certified direct connections to Visa, MasterCard, and local 123 network in addition to processing arrangements with International brands such as JCB, Amex, and Diners Club.
Realizing the company’s potential, NPC was acquired in 2007 by Network International of the UAE.

¤ Receive all customer requests / complaints and follow-up internally until their delivery/solution.
¤ Ability to handle customers when problems exist and be able to limit their expectations.
¤ Close monitoring of client growth and streamlining any issues to achieve the set growth goals.
¤ Build and maintain relationship with clients.
¤ Consult clients on the retail business and offer new solutions based on the company offering.
¤ Manage the sales process with reasonable independence in a cost-effective manner.
¤ Position the client to win sales opportunities by executing and communicating an effective selling strategy.
