My name is Dr. Macharia Waruingi. Doctor of Medicine and Doctor of Health Administration. I go by Dr. Mac, or simply Mac. Currently planning the KDNC Eighth Conference on Health, Technology and Business, scheduled for March 22-26, 2010.
The purpose of the KDNC Eighth Conference is to build a process that would enable the support of indigenous health industry in developing countries drawing from science, medicine, engineering, technology, art, design, and business. The discovery of such a process will lead to the development of a thriving indigenous health industry in developing countries as a sustainable solution to the global burden of disease.
Such an integrated future encompassing health, technology and business will unlock the hidden potential of health business in developing countries, bringing to life, a process of discovery and support of sustainable solutions to the global health problem. During five days of intensive dialogue, participants will share their visions of health as it relates to sustainable health delivery at the global level of reality.
