Improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality and efficiency within current ISO Quality Manual approved action.
Review plans and confers with support staff to develop new processes or quality of existing products.
Participate in professional development and integrates relevant information and techniques into production safety and day-to-day operational maintenance.
Responsible for the marketing and procurement of new commercial and state/federal contract work opportunities.
Prepare bids on industrial sub-contracts utilizing time/motion standard methods, job analysis, work instructions, and job layouts.
Bid pricing computation will be inclusive of all related costs including labor, direct labor, indirect labor, overhead, materials/equipment/transport and profit margin.
Provide time study, job analysis and layouts of active contracts.
Assure production processes are "ISO Quality Manual and Operational Procedures" compliant, that required documentation and recording keeping is maintained and accurate.
