As an independent software architect and Agile coach I help developers to think out-of-the-box. Think beyond their traditional developer role as defined within classical / non-Agile project management methodologies and help them achieve the status of a real Agile team member, a member that knows the true value of commitment within a self-organized Agile team. On its lowest level I stimulate and guide them into the best practices that eXtreme Programming has to offer.
As for project managers with a non-Agile background like RUP, Prince2, PMI... I guide them from that classical point-of-view towards one that stands for open communication, commitment, self-improvement ... but most of all towards one that centralizes the team, continuously stimulating their creativity and unblocking any constraints they might encounter.
Because the uniqueness of a company and its people there is no out-of-the-box solution, instead by leveraging the best practices from Agile, Scrum, Lean and eXtreme Programming I do try to find the best fit.
As for myself, I have a strong background in Agile (Scrum, Lean ...) / Non-Agile (RUP, Prince2 ...) project methodologies combined with a strong believe in technical methodologies like eXtreme Programming.
As for my technical skills as a developer I adhere fully to a thing Kent Beck, the creator of XP once said: "I’m not a great programmer; I’m just a good programmer with great habits".
Finally, because of my passion for what I do and the things I truly believe in I enjoy sharing these ideas, these visions and knowledge with others and therefore enjoy the art of giving presentations and teaching.

Project Scope
-------------------
A CRM application which stores information about the notaries and their studies. The project involved the creation of a new database which is actually a complete redesign of an existing legacy one. On top of this a framework is built which main goal is to be the backend for a newly built CRM web application. Second, the framework provides web services to third party and internal applications and is based upon a queueing mechanism. The CRM web application is a full blown Ajax application to maximize the user experience.
