Hi! I'm Lyn Prowse-Bishop, Australia’s first certified Master Virtual Assistant (MVA), an EthicsChecked VA (Australia's second), Accredited Secretary Online (ASO), Certified Australian Virtual Business (CAVB), and 2006 Thomas Leonard International VA of Distinction Award Nominee.

I have been in private practice since February 2000 as owner/manager of Executive Stress Office Support (eSOS).

I'm also the founder of the Australian Virtual Business Network (http://www.avbn.com.au/), am on the steering committee of the Online International VA Convention (http://www.oivac.com/) - and speak at that convention each year - and I serve on an international committee looking at standards for the VA industry.

I have over 15 years experience in senior Executive PA roles in the legal and hospitality industries.

My practice (eSOS) serves clients across Australia, in the UK, and on both coasts of the USA.

eSOS specialises in providing global confidential executive secretarial services to independent professionals, consultants and small to medium sized businesses.
