With over two decades of experience in information development and project management in startup and corporate settings, I am currently self-employed.
I provide content development and graphic design of Web sites, customer communication pieces, brochures, catalogs, procedural manuals, user guides, ad copy, and identity pieces.
Publications include three books in the Java Series by Prentice Hall (Professional Technical Reference books). Previous employers include Sun Microsystems, Taligent, Interactive Development Environments, Interbase, Digital Equipment, and contract work for Avid Technology and Macromedia.
I also worked for three years as an integration manager for Sun's Merger's & Acquisitions group (2000-2003).
I have worked primarily as a technical writer, but in all cases the role was broad enough to include not only printed and online user information/assistance, but also marketing collateral and white papers.
