Lynn is a Principal of EXEQUITY LLP and has been consulting with clients on executive compensation for 20 years. She is a CPA by background and therefore concentrates on executive pay as it supports business strategy and focuses behavior. Her primary expertise is in executive and incentive pay design, however she covers the spectrum from truly understanding competitive data and its implications to increasing the ROI of total pay through effective communication. By providing technically sound, creative, and economically responsible advice, she helps clients explore the possibilities before arriving at a solution that makes the most sense for their situation.
Lynn has consulted with hundreds of companies advising Compensation Committees and management of companies. Her clients have ranged from large to mid-sized organizations, publicly traded to privately held, global and U.S.-based businesses, joint ventures, and U.S. subsidiaries of non-U.S.-based companies. Her clients have been in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retailing, consumer goods, petroleum, utility, financial services, professional services and real estate.
Prior to joining EXEQUITY, Lynn was the practice leader for executive compensation consulting in the central region of Buck Consultants for three years. Prior to Buck, Lynn was a partner at Hay Group and served on the leadership team for the firm’s global executive compensation practice center for six years. She started consulting in executive compensation with Hewitt Associates where she worked for ten years, and prior to that, she was an auditor/CPA with Arthur Andersen.
