My experiences are varied all centering around and gravitating toward assisting individuals and organizations to identify performance gaps and measurable, effective, and sustainable ways to close those gaps.
Perhaps the greatest accomplishment is the first-to-market entrepreneurial venture to develop workshops on CD Rom for Sign Language interpreters to aid them in obtaining high quality professional development and required continuing education credits in ways that are cost effective and convenient.
I also have a strong interest in mentoring and coaching and while being a practitioner, am pulled toward teaching and mentoring others to become mentors.
My goals are to complete my Ph.D. in Training & Performance Improvement & ROI Certification (both in 2008). With that, my sister Lisa Willis who is obtaining training in 6 Sigma and a number of other performance-related skills, will expand our newest venture, LW2 Performance Consultants and provide services to aid organizations in identifying performance gaps and ways to improve performance.
