Developed 12 courses in first year, including 3 for customers, in the areas of technical operations, management skills, sales skills, customer service, and leisure travel.

Wrote instructor guides, course manuals, and policies and procedures for company-wide manuals. Controlled multiple budgets of $750K annually, distributing and monitoring division allocations. Trained an adjunct staff of 150 technical professionals and technical managers in Instructional System Design (ISD) to develop and deliver courses. Interviewed, selected, and guided vendors in tailoring training for the PRC environment. Ensured quality assurance for all internally developed and purchased training by providing reviews, guidelines, and assistance. Developed competency models for each level of management and created and presented matching curriculum.
