Dr Lynda Bourne DPM, PMP, CMACS, FAIM is an award winning project manager, consultant and trainer with 25 years professional industry experience.

Lynda is the CEO and Managing Director of Stakeholder Management Pty Ltd and Director of Professional Development for Mosaic Project Services, a PMI R.E.P. delivering public courses and in-house courses in PMP and CAPM exam preparation, general project management, stakeholder management, leadership, and communication in Australia, Asia, Europe and the US. These courses are delivered in classroom mode and online.

She is a recognised international authority on stakeholder management and the ‘Stakeholder Circle’ visualisation tool, presenting at conferences and seminars in Europe, Russia, Asia, USA, New Zealand and Australia to audiences of managers and project managers in the IT, construction, defence and mining industries, and has published papers in many academic and professional journals.

Lynda is a certified assessor for PMI’s Organizational Project Management Maturity (OPM3) ProductSuite and a member of PMI’s OPM3 Certification Committee. She is also a certified computer professional (CMACS) with the Australian Computer Society (ACS).

She has extensive experience as a Senior Project Management Consultant specialising in supporting organizations manage change, through effective stakeholder engagement both internal and external, as well as delivery of IT and other business-related projects in the Asia Pacific Region.
