James is a creative designer with a passion for Web Standards, Accessibility, Cross-Browser compatibility, and a recognized talent for converting client communications and expectations into a successful website. He works well independently, and collaborates well with others to generate and execute ideas within tight deadlines. James has earned a reputation for dedication, flexibility, humor, and intelligence.
In 1994 James was one of the few Westerners to be ordained as a Buddhist monk by the head of the entire Drikung Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism, H.H. Chetsang Rinpoche, peer to H.H. the Dalai Lama.
James has also been trained and ordained in the Japanese Tendai school of Buddhism.
James was the Director and primary teacher for his local Tibetan Buddhist Dharma center (Cincinnati Karma Kagyu) for five years, and is currently the Guiding Teacher of Daiun-Ji Great Cloud Temple.
