I have focused on this at organisations I've worked for specifically around building practices and capabilities. I have also worked extensively doing consulting engagements directly with customers.

Originally a software developer and system analyst/architect by training - I have been a people facing consultant, manager and practice builder in various forms my entire career. I like to focus on specific tangible outcomes and work with large, complex problems spanning technology, people and process.

I enjoy doing but I am extremely passionate about managing, coaching and mentoring people in an outcome focused environment to produce outstanding results.
