Lucinda Duncalfe Holt’s Summary

A seasoned, driven, seed through growth stage technology CEO with broad strategic, leadership, management, sales and marketing skills. Award-winning record of growth and profitability and a reputation for execution excellence.

Today I run ClickEquations, a 3rd generation paid search management platform. We are backed by leading investors including Internet Capital Group, First Round Capital, and Novitas Capital. ClickEquations was founded as Commerce360 and we recently changed our name to reflect our shift from an agency to a software focus.

Prior to joning C360 I was CEO of TurnTide, which I co-founded in January 2004 and which we sold to Symantec in July 2004 for $28 million.
