Luanne Dietz is an award-winning freelance photojournalist based in Atlanta. While studying photojournalism and religion at the University of Florida, Dietz began to explore documentary storytelling. She has covered news events including Danny Rolling's execution, three NCAA national championships and the disappearance of Georgia hiker Meredith Emerson. Dietz has also documented social injustice issues for non-profit organizations and captured behind-the-scenes footage including promotional stills for a motion picture company.
From the Photographer:
I am a visual storyteller. I see my camera as an everyday accessory, and I am rarely seen without it. I look to take pictures of people who can tell their stories through their eyes and explain their passions through their actions. I've set out to capture the adjectives and adverbs of life.
