I coach chief executives and executive teams to produce the important results they desire.
Why have a coach? Tiger Woods, arguably the best golfer in the world, has more than one coach. Most well-known, highly successful CEOs have a coach.
My intention is to make a powerful, sustainable difference in your life, in a way that you are invigorated by your journey and delighted with your results.
I conduct candid and strictly confidential, one-on-one executive coaching sessions. In the same way one might coach an athlete, I help establish new habits that will accelerate your journey. For example, some may be:
Maximize the benefits of your already existing strengths.
Uncover and make your blind spots visible and actionable.
Be effective at delegating – with accountability.
Establish a culture of follow-through on the commitments made to yourself and to others.
When I coach members of executive teams, it produces surprisingly positive results. For example, managers often have great strengths, but they are mixed in with a few off-putting behaviors. Working with me results in positive changes in those behaviors and overall performance increases and workplace satisfaction for the team.
BIO
I was the founder and CEO of Computer Graphics Distributing Company (CGD), a master wholesale distributor in the Mid-Atlantic region and an INC. 500 company (#144). I also co-founded a similar firm, New England Computer Graphics (NECG). After 11 years I sold CGD in a merger and roll-up with five other regional distributors. We went public shortly after the merger and we acquired NECG after that.
In 2005 I became a Vistage Chair, where I led chief executives and key executives in peer groups, as well as individually coached the members in one-to-one sessions.
I have extensive training and experience in current human development and coaching strategies and techniques.
One-on-one leadership and team coaching.
Establishing a viscerally inspiring vision for the organization.
Identifying the core values an organization agrees to live by.
Strategic off-site meetings.
Mediating challenging intra-company disagreements.
