Having 15 years of experience in software development, I was able to get a vast variety of experience. I have always accomplished very demanding management and technical roles. As a self learner, I started learning very young software development by myself, and never stopped since then. The last 7 years, I have mostly being managing groups of software development between 10 to 50 people as a Development Manager, Director and VP always putting in place new methodologies.
