Grew market share from 6% to 18%. Responsible for all aspects of the business including marketing, sales, and technology.
• Fidelity Investments - took ownership of new "FundsNetwork" mutual fund business and grew assets from 0 to $9 billion in three years through both sales and marketing. Also responsible for managing profitability through operational efficiencies.
