Owner, Montessori for Everyone
Greater Chicago Area
The first time I stepped into a Montessori classroom, I immediately knew I had come home.
After years of teaching at both the preschool and elementary levels, I launched my business with the goal of providing the Montessori community with high-quality, affordable materials.
In the almost four years I've been running Montessori for Everyone, I've had the privilege of connecting with many Montessori teachers and parents, encouraging them, providing expert advice through my blog, and learning from them.
It's been an awesome, incredible experience. I love that my business lets me touch lives around the world but stay home with my children as well. It's truly a dream come true.

My business provides parents and teachers with high-quality, reasonably priced educational materials available as PDFs. I also provide free materials, articles, interviews, and blog posts with helpful info about Montessori, homeschooling, parenting, and more.

1999 — 2003 (4 years )
At the Montessori School of North Hoffman, I had an elementary (6-9) classroom for several years. During that time I had a chance to grow professionally in many ways. I helped the school write up their application for accreditation by the American Montessori Society (a rare achievement for schools) and taught music to all the elementary classes as well.

1998 — 1999 (1 year )
For one year I had the distinct privilege of working under Sister Mary Motz, the elementary trainer for the Midwest Montessori Teacher Training Center.
Being with Sister Mary every day enabled me to really internalize her Montessori expertise. She was patient and encouraging as I really began to understand elementary Montessori.
