From August 2002-July 2005 Loretta worked as a photo assistant to Heinz Kluetmeier for Sports Illustrated and The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, and assisted Eddie Adams and many other renowned photographers. She worked as an editorial portrait photographer prior to teaming up with Geo Rittenmyer to create Loreffrey.
