    integrated merchandising plans for services (including domains, cellular services, etc); development of email marketing program;

    monitoring of company trademarks, patents and domain-name right infringers/use of non-legal actions to recapture;

    appear on national broadcast live talk radio with several shows throughout the month;

    Launched WorldWidePetSupply.com one of the first full-line online pet stores; and a pioneering venture which shipped live fish, coral, rock and other aquaria from the site as well.

    Without expending a single dollar on advertising, we grossed $1MM in sales, year 1 with 60% profit.

    Site was built on YahooStore platform (VIaWeb) and was extremely successful, for nascent Internet days and low-profile retailer. Was featured in several trade publications for search engine optimization articles.

    100% site building, day-to-day operations and all over company functions were handled by myself (although I tried not to pack boxes too often.).

    Development of marketing programs for MBNA, Philip Morris, AOL, Prodigy and other large national clients.

    Overview and supervised overall IT operations nationwide, coordinating all operations with a remote manager at each location to ensure execution of daily operations.

    Source Data Systems developed a multi-user Operating System allowing up to 120 workstations from a single 386-based PC. SDS leveraged this integration into predicative dialing applications integrating Dialogic boards and Sold State telephone switch.

    Primary developer of new application development, including utilization of extended ASCII characters on terminals to emulate a windows-like experience for the first time; developed applications for deployment by clients to utilize minimally-trained staff to setup and operate the system, campaigns and reporting.

    Lead developer on the Philip Morris account, providing real-time development modifications and distributed code deployment to over 10 call centers in the US.

    Lead developer on the TelecomUSA/MCI account, providing on-site development when a corporate takeover required that 20 callcenters get updated applications (developed from scratch); training and deployment within a one week period.

    Developed customized inbound call processing application for Pepsi-Cola and 3M, outbound call processing applications for capture and validation of data via automated call handers; development of marketing campaigns for clients; output of multi-format campaign direct-mail pieces through coordinated systems in local and remote systems.
