The agents in the development offices represent the builder and the builder's best interests. It is always best to have your own representation when you are embarking on new construction. If you are building I can assist you in the process. Please contact me prior to meeting with the builders. Many new developments are not in the RMLS, but I keep up with the ever changing construction market.

My expertise as an agent specializing in relocations means I can give you valuable information about the area, schools, taxes, local housing values and trends.
