Led new Ashley Furniture Homestore from grand opening to market-best sales in first year of store's existence in the competitive furniture market of Athens. I was the sales manager from the Athens store's grand opening in January 2007 to April 2007, at which point I took over the duties of the General Manager, who was assigned a different position within the company. I maintained this status until September 2007, when another licensee stepped in to take over the Athens store. It was then that I was officially elevated to Store/General Manager.
