Project Director at Socratic Technologies
San Francisco Bay Area
I am the senior project director for my company's Financial Services team at Socratic Technologies, where I am responsible for all stages of the project life-cycle for market research studies. Using internet surveys and web boards, I work with clients to evaluate branding, messaging, and product concepts. I also work with clients to explore other topics such as consumer awareness, perceptions and behavior. For example, one of my current projects tracks perceptions of the housing market and its effects on future home-buying behavior.
In my previous position at Danya International, a health communications firm, I developed and evaluated multimedia educational products to be used in a school setting. These products included computer and board games, videos, and curricula. Our work focused on the science of drug use and was funded primarily through grants from clients such as the National Institute on Drug Abuse' science education initiative. While in this position, I managed and contributed to each step of product development, specializing in product conceptualization, content writing, and quality assurance.
Ultimately, I would like use my experitise in research and communications to work with organizations that are focused on social or environmental issues to optimize their marketing and branding efforts.
