The portfolio website listed above shows my first major rehab as a real estate investor. I purchased this building as deteriorated section eight apartments and converted them to individual quality condominiums. When that project died down I went looking for additional income and found myself fascinated with a personal development network marketing company. I have added this venture to my lifestyle and am loving it. Or should I say Living It!

- Participated with many in the societies. There were always parties, social functions, and some sort of fund raising. I did not claim a house myself. I went potluck with all my roommates and lived at Naismith Hall and then on to apartment living.
