After having worked as a project consultant, with implementing and launching as my core function, I am now a project manager.
In my department, our philosophy is, that you bring the job to the team - you don't necessarily have to put together a new team every time you start up a new task.
We work with iterative system development, and brown paper, stand-up meetings and retrospectives are important elements in our method.
My goal as a project manager is to inspire and motivate "my" team, and have it evolve into a high performance team.
