After joining their MLM program called "Leadership" in January, 1993; I attained the top pay plan level of "Senior Executive Unit Leader" in March, 1994 and have remained at the top level. Shortly after I attained Senior Executive status I was asked to travel and speak to other representatives frequently and quickly realized that I needed to make this activity into a profitable part of my business. I attained professional status with the National Speaker's Association in 1998 and have been an active member of the group ever since. I have conducted seminars around the world and have developed a line of products that compliment my marketing and support topics. In 2007 I was named Avon's "Woman of Enterprise", the top honor given to independent representatives by the company. In 2008 I was named on the list of "The 50 Most Influential People in Direct Sales" by www.directsellinglive.com.
