Trainer & Instructional Designer / Freelance editor and translator

I am both an experienced training specialist who creates a dynamic classroom and a seasoned instructional designer who develops curricula and classes and easy to follow instructional materials and job aids. I get very high reviews when I train because I can work successfully with people who have differing skill levels, from beginner to advanced. My training materials also gain stellar reviews, because my goal is to create a practical document that focuses on real world skills rather than the fancy bells and whistles.
In my working life I have gained solid project management skills as well as familiarity with writing and editing techniques that can easily cross disciplines. My most recent job focused on the lending industry, but I have worked with academics, lawyers, and public policy makers.
