Complete understanding of Business Intelligence and various databases from personal experience: SQL Server, Unix, Scripting, Access, Oracle, SharePoint, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Crystal Reports, VBA, VBScripting, and of course my favorite topic -- POWERSHELL. I also like to help with change within teams and organizations in any way I can. ITIL and understanding processes within IT and teams within organizations is another favorite topic of mine.

I love working with my companies, and enjoy building on the relationships I have established with my clients. In 2004, I became a President’s Club Member, with over a million dollars in sales personally. Along with my partner, we also achieved Presidents Club status in 2006 and 2007.

Managed the data and systems information and created and produced the reports from these systems appropriately to run our business smarter. Was able to streamline processes within the department (Operations) to basically eliminate need for at least 1.5 40 hour/week positions to allow the attention of those employees to focus in other areas and create new positions for them and our students.
