I am not your average recruiter. I am independent in mind, spirit and technique, and thus am free to continue to hone my craft in order to offer value to both the candidates I represent, and the companies I serve. Top talent is not a commodity, and I resist the forces that pretend it is. Having the right people -- or the wrong people -- can make all the difference in your company.
I am well-networked globally, allowing me to provide people who make a bottom line difference to companies who seek continuous improvement and who value the people who deliver it. I can provide project consultants or direct-hire resources and can create a custom strategic sourcing program to find both.
I listen. I find what my clients want and need, and sometimes my perspective can assist them in defining what it is they seek. I have earned the right to be known as tenacious, determined and persistent. I pay attention to people and nuances, and I deliver - both to companies seeking talent and to candidates looking for optimal opportunities. I care about recruiting as an industry, and love nothing more than to share best practices with my peers in order to lift us all up.
