I am an independent recruiter with a possibly unhealthy fascination with emerging technologies, social media and all forms of networking. I like to share my knowledge, and learn from others so feel welcome to engage me in conversation, online or otherwise.
I need to contribute value. That is what makes me smile. I have learned to let people tell me what they need.
I like to be excited about the companies and candidates I represent, and consider it my responsibility to be an excellent advocate for both.
I only work with individuals that make a discernible difference, and only with companies that truly value them.

I especially working with companies involved in product development. There is something very special about creating a successful reality where once there was just a glimmer of an idea. It takes passion, honesty, creativity, and responsibility in addition to whatever technical expertise is needed. I love being a part of that, and I excel in providing the talent and leadership to make it happen.
I am straightforward. I tell the truth and can take it too. I take recruiting seriously, but I often laugh at myself and at our industry. I resist the all too common trend of turning human beings into commodities.
I strive for balance and compassion, and am always in search of inspiration leading to productivity and creativity. I like to treat people the way I would like to be treated, because life is too short for anything else.
I never turn down a request to connect. If I don't know you yet, I want to.
