(Media Production industry)
July 2005 — December 2008 (3 years 6 months)
I've worked with wsRadio as a host, co-host and guest host of three different shows. I was the host of Innovation & Ingenuity, a talk show all about innovation and invention. I was also co-host of Online Market World Radio with my colleague RSS Ray from the Online Marketing with RSS Ray Show. I've also guest hosted the Online Marketing with RSS Ray Show.
Truth: I'm addicted to radio. It's fun.
(Internet industry)
August 2006 — November 2008 (2 years 4 months)
Online Market World was a sizeable ecommerce event.
I was in charge of event content, new media products, and business development. I chaired the program, led the Content Committee, engaged speakers, partners, and exhibitors. I was also a one-woman media company who produced a radio show, podcasts, a newsletter and blogs.
I have been writing about e-commerce, the Internet, software, and telecommunications as a journalist since 1994 and have also authored/co-authored four books that focus on Internet security, e-commerce, and writing for industry. I also serve as a strategic advisor to companies in the e-commerce and other technology firms and lend opinions to financial analysts, industry analysts, and the general media when queried as an expert on important issues.

June 1997 — August 1998 (1 year 3 months)
Actually, I began consulting on a regular basis for this company in 1994 at a strategic level as a management and marketing consultant. I took on this particular role to help grow the "crown jewel" event and strengthen its level of industry influence which I helped achieve through several calculated programs. The goal was to increase the value of the property for the purpose of acquisition. The results exceeded expectations.
