Ron is the visionary and Architect of the "Career Marketing Program" (CMP). A successful sales and marketing process developed and integrated into a comprehensive technical solution that helps people take control of their careers. Ron has been in Executive Search and coaching people on all levels for the past decade and this is his passion.
2007 the CMP was purchased by NextJob, a division of the Hire Calling Holding Company. The results are the development and launch of both NextJob and LinkedCV, which is coming soon.

May 2001- Ranked the #1 MRI Recruiter (out of 5000 recruiters) in the Pacific Region within 18 months from start and maintained a Top 5% status, nationwide.
Back in the old days: Ron's career sales exceed $300 million. While the majority of these sales were 'Grandfathered-In" Ron's achievements in this sector of his career was providing tireless Sales and Marketing support and training to thousands of customers. This said, Ron is a hunter but lives by the saying,"anyone can sell product in, but the art is helping your customers sell it through"!
FOR FUN: Ron searched for the Santiago El Grande (a Spanish galleon) on the Bahamas Banks for over six months resulting in finding 4 ships (that had already been found). Additionally, prepared a complete business prospectus, on-site evaluation and operations process for the archaeological excavation of King Louis XIV’s Royal fleet, which sank off the coast of Venezuela in 1678. The excavation was coordinated in conjunction with the government of Venezuela.

The parent company Equifax is a global leader in information solutions, empowering businesses and consumers with information they can trust.

Responsible for billings in excess of $428,000 May 2001. Maintained the highest billing percentage for over 8 consecutive months.
2000- 2001: Pangaea earns membership in the prestigious “President’s Gold Club”.

This said, Ron is a hunter but lives by the saying,"anyone can sell product in, but the art is selling it through"! In 1999, Ron moved to Bend, Oregon and first began recruiting for MRI (Management Recruiters International, comprised of over 5,000 recruiters nationwide). Ron’s marketing and sales process has been developed and honed for over 20 years, and, when implemented into recruiting, the results were: Top 5% Status and #1 Biller - Pacific Region, May 2001. All results were achieved within 18 months from start.
