Sale of new project homes for construction. Like coaching, planning and developing your project to build a new home can be helped by having a clear and concise idea of what you want your end outcome to be, and quality information about how to get there. What's possible on your site? What's possible on your budget? What other ways might the same outcome be achieved more economically? So much to know and in an industry where you perhaps entering for the first time, it can be confusing. I love helping people design the home of their dreams, and like creating goals for our life, or our business, planning for a home is something that a clear plan of action is the surest way to achieve what we set out to reach. I'm still available to consult with you if you are looking at a building project, and work with building consultants and respected finance brokers should you have need to borrow for your business or home needs.

Marketing Income Protection for Associations and managing Life Agents. This is really where my love of small business arose. In marketing to business owners it became so apparent that they put their whole heart and soul (and financial holdings) into their business - and the help they needed to grow their business, and manage their risks along the way was sorely lacking. Instead of their different advisors adding to their business, many owners are left to Ask if they need help - hard to do if you don't know what you need to ask for! And so began my move into finding ways to do just that.
