I am an author, speaker and blogger specializing in Generation Y career and workplace issues. In addition, I am honored to be Campus Spokesperson for LinkedIn.
I am also the author of "Getting from College to Career: 90 Things to Do Before You Join the Real World," which is the guidebook I wish I'd had when I graduated from college. I write a career advice blog at http://www.lindseypollak.com/blog and contribute columns to FastCompany.com and The Huffington Post.
Media appearances have included NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, BusinessWeek, CNN.com and NPR.
My professional speaking includes keynote speeches and workshops at universities, conferences and corporations around the country. Audiences have included Yale, Harvard, Columbia, Penn, Amherst, Duke, MIT, University of Michigan, University of Texas, Bliss Spas, Fidelity Investments, Merrill Lynch, MTV Networks, Time Inc. and many others.
For fun, I love to bake, decorate and eat cupcakes.
