I am currently a PhD student at the University of San Diego pursuing a doctoral degree in Leadership Studies with a specialization in Nonprofit Leadership and Philanthropic Studies. My research interests include a variety of topics related to social change and social sustainability (particularly in the area of philanthropy).
Nonprofit leadership and management; social responsibility; environmental leadership; race, class, gender issues in the nonprofit sector, and research utilization in nonprofits.
