Deputy to the Total Project Manager in the TSP Platform Development Project.
The TSP Platform Project is Ericsson’s 3G Server Platform project, coordinated and developed through Ericsson’s design centres in Sweden, Canada and Spain. Shared overall responsibility for the entire project . Acting for the Total Project Manager on a day-to-day basis and had project budget as my area of sole responsibility.
Dealt with both strategic and operational issues e.g. budget planning, steering and follow-up as well as design and delivery coordination and planning.
On my initiative, in order to improve customer focus and customer requirement fulfilment, the project was divided. The TSP Platform Product Introduction Project was formed, implemented and executed at the department.

The Ericsson Management Graduate Program is a select program at Ericsson AB, with the aim to recruit top M.Sc. graduates with leadership potential.
Twelve M.Sc. graduates are recruited to the program every second year and are put through a thirteen-month training program. The recruits are rotated through different divisions and geographic locations within Ericsson.
The aim of the program is to develop management skills of the participants as well as to give them in-depth knowledge in company operations.
Upon successful completion of the program the participants are given challenging positions within Ericsson, according to their performance in the program.
