ADHD Coach for women; founder of the ADDiva Network, owner of GardenSpirit garden retreat,
Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area
Founder of the ADDiva (a-dee-deeva) Network which supports women with ADD internationally. The vision for ADDiva is nothing short of changing the world and attitudes toward ADD. My goal is to have "normal" women say "I wish I was an ADDiva!"
To that end, I host women's retreats for ADDivas and ADHD couples, offer teleclasses and teach organic gardening.
I am establishing ADDiva groups in local communities (there is precious little support for ADD women right now) and to train ADDiva coaches who can help ADDivas live their deepest dreams --without procrastination.
Creator of GardenSpirit Retreat Center in North Carolina, a place of renewal and calm. It includes a seven circuit outdoor labyrinth, a purple treehouse, meditation paths and a BIG hot tub. Overnight visits and retreats welcome. Four whimsical bedrooms decorated in soft, fluffy, comfy style - spiritual focus with an attitude of fun.

Don't miss the Twinkling Purple Treehouse, the seven circuit outdoor labyrinth, oversized hot tub and the Magical Midnight Massage Room and Skye Deck. Lush gardens, meditation paths, fire pit, sunroom with bamboo floors for yoga, meditation or movement.
