Linda-Ann Stewart’s Summary
Linda-Ann Stewart is a nationally known hypnotherapist, writer, and workshop facilitator with over twenty-five years background in metaphysics. A resident of Sedona, Arizona since 1982, she opened her private hypnotherapy practice in the Sedona area in 1990.
In 1999, she gave a workshop on "Pediatric Hypnotherapy" and a presentation on "Women's Issues: Co-dependency" at the annual conference of the National Board of Hypnotherapy and Hypnotic Anaesthesiology. She also received the Member Of The Year Award from them in 1999. At the 2000 conference, she gave a workshop on "Inner Wisdom Through Imagery," and a presentation on "Dialogue With Imagery."
Her articles have appeared in e-zines, national newsletters, "Sedona Vortex Connection," "The Whole Life Times," and "Science of Mind" magazine. She's written over 150 articles on empowerment, motivation and harnessing the power of the inner mind that have been published in magazines, newsletters and online.
She's is passionate about educating people regarding the power within their own minds. She’s taught hundreds of people how to reduce stress, improve their self-esteem, break negative habits, and improve their lives. In her Life Coaching practice, she helps people recognize new possibilities to be able to move forward with confidence and ease.
As a facilitator and tobacco-cessation specialist for the Yavapai County Tobacco-Free Partnership, she also helps people free themselves from the tobacco habit.
She leads seminars and teleseminars on empowerment, self-esteem, creativity and stress reduction. As a speaker, she empowers people to realize their full potential. She's spoken at many venues in the Southwest U.S.
