I have 15 years of supervisory and project manager experience in the asbestos abatement industry. Previous projects include Bowen High School which was a $3,000,000 asbestos abatement project which was scheduled for 6 weeks and completed on time. Another large scale project completed under my supervision was the demolition and asbestos abatement of the Johns – Manville Asbestos Products Manufacturing Plant in Waukegan, Il. This project was scheduled for 13 months and completed on time with a contract value of over $7,000,000. Other projects include The John Hancock Center in Chicago which is one of the tallest buildings in the world, Federal Reserve Bank in Chicago, The Amoco Building in Chicago and numerous other multi – million dollar projects in the Chicago area.
Commercial draw experience includes Melrose Place in Westmont, Il. which was a $2.8 mil. condo rehab project and Normantown and Huron strip mall construction project in Romeoville, Il. which is in progress and is a $4.2 mil. project.
