* Developed a custom user friendly content management system for the web presence of circus and entertainment company. This included not only management of textual content, but fully configurable photo and video galleries.
* Developed and deployed an email newsletter and subscription system for a web-based video entertainment company.
* Troubleshooting server (Linux / Apache / MySQL / automated backups) deployment issues for the online component of a video rental company.

Major projects and responsibilities include:
Moodle: An open-source LMS (learning management system) similar to WebCT, which Concordia uses to supported thousands of students and teachers via online material and activities.
* Lead role in deploying, customizing (portal Integration, and other programming modifications), and ongoing technical support of this project.
* Presented at the MoodleMoot educational technology conference in 2007. (Discussed Moodle integration and usability)
* Supports thousands of teachers and students.
Provotrack: A custom web-based application, which provides an environment that supports Concordia's curriculum changes. (Dossier forms, tracking, approvals, publishing).
Other projects include: locker rental system, parking rental system, two credit-card transaction systems.
Responsible for 3 heavily used web servers.
