CATAPULT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
In year 2000 Razorfish introduced a USD 50.000 management program for future leaders within the company. I and the other participants were elected by vote, both among direct reports and the executive management team. The length of the program was 4 weeks spread over a 6-month period. It was located to Stockholm, Hamburg, New York and Oregon. The program covered personal development, team building and leadership.
