Kristen's coach training through CTI comes in handy when the marketing list gets overwhelming and her clients need help prioritizing and breaking it out into small pieces. Kristen has always followed her dream careers. She's even decided to leave dreams in pursuit of a happier lifestyle. As a Life Coach, Kristen helps home-based business owners who no longer enjoy the work they've chosen to do. She believes that everyone should love their work, or it's not worth doing. So, she challenges her clients to rekindle (or redesign) their passion and move into a business they love. Kristen went into every position asking questions, challenging processes and ultimately making suggestions for how to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Kristen and her husband opened an online retail store selling Magic: The Gathering cards in bulk and individually. They kept inventory in their home, collected payments through PayPal, auctioned on Ebay, and shipped product to customers. Kristen was in charge of all administrative work, online marketing, and web development. She did all the market research and branding, as well. This company was a learning experience and unfortunately, they had to close the doors in 2003 due to customers using stolen credit cards to purchase product. Kristen's husband now runs CardSorcery as a hobby. Kristen sees CardSorcery as one of her training grounds for the work she does today.
