Life coaching clients have experienced more satisfying life balance, faster progress toward personal and professional goals and reduced stress from having a confidential place to process challenges.

2009 team building clients include sports teams at: Ashland, Baldwin Wallace, Ball State, Bolingbrook H.S., Carnegie Mellon, Cincinnati, Malone, Northern Illinois, NC State, Toledo and Wittenberg. Businesses served include Tobias Funeral Home.

As a result of Life Beyond Sport team building workshops, these teams experienced deeper understanding of individual strengths and weaknesses, more open communication among team members and stronger team trust.

In addition, I've authored two books: Leader of the Pack: The Legacy of Legendary Coach Kay Yow (September 2009) and Timeout: Moments with God for Winning in Life (2008).
