As a Certified Life Coach I help sports leaders discover life balance and inspire team chemistry through personal life coaching and team building workshops.

Life coaching clients have experienced more satisfying life balance, faster progress toward personal and professional goals and reduced stress from having a confidential place to process challenges.

Team building clients served include teams at the following universities: Akron, Ashland, Drake, Grove City, Louisville, Ohio, Ohio Northern, Ohio Wesleyan, Slippery Rock, St. Francis, Toledo, Wooster and Wright State.

As a result of a Life Beyond Sport team building workshop, these teams experienced deeper understanding of individual strengths and weaknesses, more open communication among team members and stronger team trust.

In addition, I've authored two books: Leader of the Pack: The Legacy of Legendary Coach Kay Yow (fall, 2009) and Timeout: Moments with God for Winning in Life (2008).
