Resoc Mechelen is a promotor of an ESF project about stimulating competence management in different organisations. Via the principle of a learning netwerk of 30 profit and social profit organisations, we share information via best practices and theoretic session, give suggestions for solving opportunities, ...
Further more, we stimulated our partners to set up experiments, and share the outcome in our network.
Based upon this activities, we gather information which we will integrated in a workbook: "What are the Critical Succes Factors for starting and monitoring competency management."
