Started the QA effort at joost. I was mainly focused on the software that delivered the video experience to our users. The software existed in a few different form :
* Xulrunner based client with peer to peer that needed an install.
* QT based plugin with peer to peer.
* Flash player.
* Iphone application.
For those I wrote the test plans, some of the testcases, executed some of them. I managed other people working on the "clients".
I also tested some of the server parts that were talking directly to the clients, mostly Ad-Hoc.
As part of the global team I worked in finding tools, implementing them, and administering them ( this includes to some levels JIRA, Confluence, APtest). I also wrote test plans and test cases for other pieces of software that were part of the Joost engineering effort.
