Working Experience:

July 2005 - today: Bologna, Econoetica: CEO.
I built the necessary infrastructure for Econoetica: IT, contracts, policies, web-site, governance, projects
January 2004 – June 2005: Frankfurt Am Main, Quipu GmbH, Division Manager of the Processing Center .
I designed, hired the personnel and implemented a Processing Center for financial transactions via Cards, POSs, ATMs of Financial Institutions Worldwide. We connected 8 banks from Eastern Europe (Bosnia, Serbia, Albania, Georgia, Kosovo, Macedonia), Africa (Republic Democratic of Congo), Latin America (Nicaragua). We built the connection with MasterCard and VISA. We processed 30 Mil € Transactions a Month. I managed a team of 10 people.
October 2002 – December 2003: Prishtina Kosovo, ProCredit Bank Kosovo: Deputy General Manager .
I was in the Management Board and in charge for all Internal Services: IT, Processing Center, Administration, Security. The bank is the biggest bank in Kosovo with about 400 employees.
October 2001 – September 2002: Frankfurt Am Main, IPC GmbH: Management Information System Manager and Risk Manager
During this period I traveled extensively in the projects we had in: Nicaragua, El Salvador, Bolivia, Ecuador, Albania, Bosnia, Serbia, Kosovo. In all these institutions I deployed a cash management model I developed in the previous experience in Albania.
July 2001 – September 2001: ProCredit bank Albania. Consultant.
I did 3 studies for the bank on: Cash Management, Credit Scoring, Liquidity Management. In all three projects I developed original functioning models still in use in the bank.
