  As part of the EMEA Enterprise Services team I support a number of key account, interfacing between the customer and our product management and development teams. I also share my know-how related to the Altiris product lines specifically related to design, implementation and support.
  
  Customer environments range from 20,000 to 200,000 managed computers using the Altiris management solutions for deployment, inventory, software distribution and other life cycle management tools for Windows desktop and mixed data centers (with Windows, Linux and Unix servers).
  
  I am also a Knowledge Expert Level 2 (internal tittle, right under the KB Administrator) and heavily contribute to the Altiris Knowledge Base (200+ created articles generating 25,000+ hits, 1600+ edits both technical and editorial changes in the last 2 years) to improve the quality of information available to our customers.
